Dans la province de Preah Vihear, au Cambodge, se trouve le village de Chheu Teal Kong, o\u00f9 Som So, \u00e9poux d\u00e9vou\u00e9 de Keung Soeun et p\u00e8re de huit enfants, a pu constater les effets de ce projet et en ressentir les effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Som So a servi dans l&#039;arm\u00e9e, gardant la fronti\u00e8re entre le Cambodge et la Tha\u00eflande, pr\u00e8s de Phnom An Ses. Cependant, il a d\u00fb faire face aux difficult\u00e9s du voyage et au manque de moyens de subsistance. Il a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de rentrer chez lui avec sa famille, o\u00f9 il travaille d\u00e9sormais comme agent de sant\u00e9 villageois.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Avant le projet TOGETHER, Som So \u00e9tait timide et craignait de faire des erreurs. Il ne savait pas comment animer. Durant le projet, il a suivi une formation pour am\u00e9liorer ses comp\u00e9tences d&#039;animateur et a pu constater l&#039;impact de la pr\u00e9sence d&#039;ADRA dans son village. Il a appris les droits li\u00e9s au genre et a mis ses comp\u00e9tences en pratique. Depuis, il a acquis le courage et la bravoure n\u00e9cessaires pour animer seul, encourageant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement les autres \u00e0 s&#039;impliquer.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:1,&quot;335551620&quot;:1,&quot;335559685&quot;:0,&quot;335559737&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:279}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Som So d\u00e9clare : \u00ab Ce changement est tr\u00e8s important pour moi, car il me sensibilise et m&#039;aide \u00e0 partager mes connaissances sur le genre et les droits, et m&#039;aide \u00e9galement \u00e0 faire du bon travail m\u00e9nager pour la famille et la communaut\u00e9. \u00bb Il ajoute : \u00ab J&#039;ai constat\u00e9 que les membres de la communaut\u00e9 ont une meilleure hygi\u00e8ne et une meilleure sant\u00e9, et que le taux de violence domestique a diminu\u00e9. \u00bb\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Votre soutien \u00e0 ADRA a cr\u00e9\u00e9 des opportunit\u00e9s d&#039;apprentissage et de d\u00e9veloppement dans des communaut\u00e9s comme ce village. Gr\u00e2ce au projet TOGETHER, Som So peut subvenir aux besoins de sa famille tout en voyant ses enfants grandir et contribuer \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9ducation de sa communaut\u00e9.
