People like you are such an important part of ADRA’s work in Canada and around the world. Because of your support, we continue to be able to respond to emergencies as they emerge, all while proactively building towards a better world—where all may live as God intended.

There is chaos, confusion, and uncertainty everywhere we look. Families in Venezuela have been tremendously affected by the recent earthquakes. People across the African continent face struggles with food access, among other very real challenges. And right here at home in Canada, we have our own share of struggles. But as you can see throughout this newsletter, ADRA is hard at work facing these challenges.

And this work is your work. People like you continue to give me hope and inspiration amid the chaos around us. You are a reminder that people still care, that people still want to help, that people still believe they can keep hope alive and do what is right for their fellow human beings. It is an honour for us as a humanitarian agency to continue doing this good work in the name of donors like you.
