A: Starting December 31st at 7:00 PM EST, we are implementing changes to how tax receipts are issued. Moving forward, tax receipts for donations made after December 31st at 7:00 PM EST will not be available in the donor portal.
Q: How will I receive my tax receipt going forward?
A: You will receive your tax receipt conveniently by email within 5 business days, accompanied by a link to access the official document. This process ensures a smoother and more accessible experience for our donors.
Q: Will tax receipts still be available in the donor portal for donations made before December 31st 2023?
A: Yes, tax receipts for donations made before 7:00 PM EST on December 31st will continue to be accessible in the donor portal.
